Ground beef and pork sausage are combined with rolled oats, eggs, seasonings, and onion or onion soup mix, then shaped in a loaf and baked.

  • Servings: 8 people


10 oz Bulk Pork Sausage
1⅔ cup Dry Oatmeal, rolled oats
1 tsp Salt
3 Eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Diced Onion or 1 Packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
2 lb Ground Beef
½ cup Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
1 tsp Pepper
Few Drops of Tabasco Sauce
1 cup Water


Combine all ingredients. In a large roasting or baking pan, shape mixture into a long loaf. Cook in a 350 degree oven for one hour, or until no pink remains.
