|1 lb||Ground Beef, 80/20|
|1× 12 oz. jar||Home-style Savory Beef Gravy|
|1 cup||Baby Bella Mushrooms,fresh & Sliced|
|2½ cups||Egg Noodles, dry|
|¾ cup||Sour Cream|
In a large skillet, brown ground beef on medium high heat for 9-10 minutes, breaking into small chunks.
Carefully drain liquids and return to stove top.
Stir in gravy and water. Add noodles and mushrooms and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until thoroughly combined.
Let stand uncovered 5 minutes to cool and thicken. Serve warm.
This is so quick and easy with most ingredients on hand. I like to garnish with fresh parsley and serve with garlic bread and fresh salad.
