30-Minute 5-Ingredient Savory Skillet Stroganoff

Using a jarred gravy and fresh mushrooms makes a great 30-minute skillet stroganoff with a savory flavor.

1 lb Ground Beef, 80/20
1× 12 oz. jar Home-style Savory Beef Gravy
3 cups Water
1 cup Baby Bella Mushrooms,fresh & Sliced
2½ cups Egg Noodles, dry
¾ cup Sour Cream


In a large skillet, brown ground beef on medium high heat for 9-10 minutes, breaking into small chunks.

Carefully drain liquids and return to stove top.

Stir in gravy and water. Add noodles and mushrooms and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until thoroughly combined.

Let stand uncovered 5 minutes to cool and thicken. Serve warm.

Helpful Tips:

This is so quick and easy with most ingredients on hand. I like to garnish with fresh parsley and serve with garlic bread and fresh salad.
