30-minute 5-ingredient Savory Skillet Stroganoff

Ingredients:
| 1 lb | Ground Beef, 80/20 |
| 1× 12 oz. jar | Home-style Savory Beef Gravy |
| 3 cups | Water |
| 1 cup | Baby Bella Mushrooms,fresh & Sliced |
| 2½ cups | Egg Noodles, dry |
| ¾ cup | Sour Cream |
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown ground beef on medium high heat for 9-10 minutes, breaking into small chunks.
Carefully drain liquids and return to stove top.
Stir in gravy and water. Add noodles and mushrooms and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until thoroughly combined.
Let stand uncovered 5 minutes to cool and thicken. Serve warm.
Helpful Tips:
This is so quick and easy with most ingredients on hand. I like to garnish with fresh parsley and serve with garlic bread and fresh salad.
