Arizona Casserole


This long-time favorite layers cooked ground beef with a mixture of canned soup, corn, green beans and chilies, and tops it with Tater Tots and sliced cheese.



Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef  
  • 1 can cream of celery soup  
  • 15 oz. can of whole kernel corn, drained, or 10 oz. bag of frozen corn  
  • 1 15 oz. can French-style green beans, drained  
  • 1 can green chilies  
  • 1 bag of Tater Tots  
  • 6 slices of American cheese

Method

Brown hamburger in skillet; drain and set aside. Mix all canned items (soup, corn, green beans, & chilies). Put hamburger in bottom of ungreased shallow baking dish; top with canned mixture, then arrange Tater Tots on top. Bake for 40 to 45 min or until bubbles appear & Tater Tots are browned, add cheese slices and put back in oven for 2 or 3 minutes until cheese is melted. ENJOY!!

Notes: This has been passed from my grandparents, to my mom to me; it's very quick and easy. My 18-month-old son loves it, too. I hope you enjoy it as much as we have. Thanks!
