Asian Hamburger Noodle

Spaghetti, carrots & peas are tossed with cooked a ground beef mixture which contains peppers, onion, & garlic, and is flavored with gingerroot, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and duck sauce.Ingredients
- 1 box spaghetti (8 oz.)
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 red and 1 orange bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp chili powder (get from ethnic store, if desired)
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1-2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1-2 tbsp. duck sauce
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Method
Boil spaghetti for 8 minutes. Add sliced carrots and peas; return to boiling and cook 1 minute more; drain and set aside. Fry hamburger, bell peppers, onion, garlic, ginger, chili powder and jalapeno pepper. Drain fat; add Worcestershire sauce and duck sauce. Stir-fry 1-2 minutes. Add pasta, peas and carrot pieces; mix thoroughly. Sprinkle chopped cilantro and scallions on top and serve immediately
