
Beef rib eye steaks are marinated in a mixture of red wine, olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire, orange juice concentrate, mustard, garlic and ginger, then grilled.
In a medium-sized bowl combine olive oil, red wine, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, orange juice, yellow mustard, garlic and ginger.
Place steaks in baking dish, pour marinade over, turn steaks to cover completely. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Grill over medium-high heat 6-8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
Notes:
Works well with any cut of red meat, or chicken or pork.
