Barbecue Meatloaf

This meatloaf has the added flavors of mushrooms, green onion and yellow onion. The barbecue sauce and ketchup mixture makes for a great sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoon fresh green onion
- 2 tablespoon fresh yellow onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup

Method
In a medium bowl, combine bread crumbs and milk then mix well. Add mushrooms, beef, and egg then mix well. Combine Worcestershire sauce, thyme, both onions, salt, pepper and mustard. Using hands, mix ingredients thoroughly, but do not overwork. Form into a 9 X 5 inch loaf and place in the middle of pan. Combine barbecue sauce and ketchup in a small bowl then place on top of loaf. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. When cooked, cut into 1 inch thick pieces.
