Method
Brown meat and onions together until meat is done. While meat is cooking, spray 9 X 13 casserole with nonstick spray. Open one can of biscuits and separate biscuits into 2 pieces each. Line bottom of casserole with biscuits, forming a bottom crust. Once meat is done, drain off excess fat, add tomato sauce and sour cream, then mix well. Pour over biscuits in casserole. Open second can of biscuits and separate like before, covering meat mixture with biscuits to form a top crust. Top with grated cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until biscuits on top are golden brown.
