Beef or Lamb Marinade
Use this tangy mixture to marinate your favorite cut of beef or lamb. Grill, roast, or broil as you desire.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. catsup, optional
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire
- 1 bay leaf, crushed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
- 6 shakes Tabasco

Saute onion and garlic in butter or oil. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Let cool, and then marinate meat for 3-4 hours.
