Beef Tips Over Buttered Noodles

Try this easy beef and noodle recipe for a hearty, home cooked meal with your family.

  • Servings: 8-10 servings

Ingredients:

3-4 lbs Stew Beef
⅓ pkg Brown Gravy Mix
Salt & Pepper
1 pkg Egg Noodles
1 stick Margarine
Parsley, chopped

Directions:

Roll beef in flour and brown. Drain beef and cover with water. Boil until nice and tender. At least 2 hours. Remove beef and place in a large baking dish. Prepare the gravy mix according to the package and pour over the beef. Place in oven at 350 degrees, add salt and pepper to taste. Bake until gravy thickens. Probably 1/2 hour to 1 hour.

Prepare noodles according to package and drain well. Melt a stick of margarine and fold into the noodles. Sprinkle with parsley. Ladle beef over noodles and serve with a vegetable, salad and dinner rolls.
