Beef Stroganoff

A hearty, classic baked beef dish with noodles and creamy sauce.

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. ground beef  
• 8 oz. container sour cream  
• 4 oz. can mushrooms  
• 1/2 cup water
• 8 oz. penne pasta noodles

Method

Preheat oven to 350. Brown ground beef and season to taste. Drain. Prepare pasta according to directions on box. Drain. Mix ground beef, pasta, sour cream, mushrooms, and water in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
