Try these flavor filled stuffed bell peppers on the menu tonight and they will be a hit.
In a large mixing bowl add hamburger, bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dry mustard. Dice spinach, place in saute pan and wilt. Allow to cool and add to hamburger. Add lettuce and onion to mixture and mix together. Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes. Cut lids off bell peppers and sit aside. Scrape all seeds until you have just the shell of pepper left. Fill with stuffing and put lid back on. Place on a tray and put in oven at 350 for 30 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
