Bisquick Cheeseburger Pie


Easy to make casserole of ground beef and cheese baked with a topping made of bisquik.



Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef  
  • 1 c. chopped onion  
  • 1/2 tsp salt  
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese  
  • 1/2 c bisquick  
  • 1 c. milk  
  • 2 eggs

Method

Brown beef, place in casserole, sprinkle with cheese. Mix remainder and pour over top. Bake at 400 for 30-35 min.
