These gourmet burgers are prepared with sirloin beef, crab, blue cheese and a dash of lime juice to send them over the top.
Mix all ingredients except blue cheese together in mixing bowl by hand. Form balls from meat the same size you wish the burgers to be. Make an indent in the center of the patty. Put blue cheese inside hole and close hole. Pat ball into a patty and grill. Top with cheese, if desired. Place on toasted buns and serve.
