|½ cup||Uncooked Rice|
|1 can||Cream of Mushroom Soup|
|1 can||Mixed Vegetables|
Cut bologna in bite sized pieces and fry until almost cooked through. Add undrained vegetables, mushroom soup and one can of water. Add rice and cook until rice is done.
Taste before seasoning with salt or pepper because the bologna is usually heavily seasoned.
