Breaking Edge Burger

A fast and easy burger you can make at home-Italian bread crumbs and stewed tomatoes give it a nice Mediterranean taste.
Ingredients
- One can stewed tomatoes (500ml)
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tsp each of salt and pepper
- Eggs
- Milk
- Texas toast bread
- Tomatoes
- Lettuce
- Onions
- Dill pickles

Method
Mix ground beef with one egg, stewed tomatoes, and bread crumbs; mix gently by hand. Mix two eggs with a quarter cup whole milk. Dip one side of bread in egg mixture and fry or grill. At the same time form patties and fry or grill burgers. Assemble as you like with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomatoes or pickle.
