Burgers in a Pig Pen

These juicy burgers, wrapped in baon and grilled-use ground chuck for best results.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef, preferably ground chuck
  • 12 slices bacon
  • Tony Chacheres seasoning
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • your favorites: lettuce, tomato, pickles (use bread and butter pickles for a twist), mayo, mustard, ketchup, etc

Method

Make 4-4 ounce burger patties. Season. Wrap 3 strips bacon around each patty. Cook on grill until done, approximately 8 minutes.
