Cabbage Lasagna

A healthier version of lasagna made with cabbage and rice plus the traditional tomato and cheese filling.

  • Servings: 12 servings


1 head Cabbage
3 cups Ground Beef, cooked
3 cups Cooked Rice
3 cups Crushed Tomatoes
5 cups Lasagna Cheese Filling (your Choice of Cheese)
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese


Combine rice and meat. Spray baking pan with fat free cooking spray. Add one layer to bottom of pan with slightly steamed cabbage leaves. Add one layer meat and rice mixture. Then add layer lasagna cheese filling. Repeat steps until you have reached top of baking pan. Finish with last layer of crushed tomatoes and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven at 375 degrees until cheese is golden brown.
