Method

Break up ground beef and cook in a skillet on medium high heat with Italian seasonings, salt and pepper. When meat is nearly finished, stir in onions, mushrooms, peppers and garlic. Continue cooking until meat is done and vegetables are tender. Transfer meat mixture to a large pot, draining beef if needed. Pour spaghetti sauce into pot. Pour wine into spaghetti sauce jar and shake to get all sauce and pour into pot. Add tomatoes, tomato soup and Parmesan cheese. Stir until completely blended. Allow to cook several hours before serving. Serve over pasta that was cooked in salted garlic water. For thinner sauce, mix in 1 cup chicken or beef stock.
