Cheeseburger Casserole

A quick and easy one dish casserole your children will love with ground beef, peas, cheese and tater tots.

Ingredients:

• 2 lbs lean ground beef
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 16 oz jar processed cheese spread
• 1 can early peas
• 2 lbs tater tots
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle ground beef in a 9 x 13 casserole dish or cake pan. Spread cream of mushroom soup over top of ground beef. Drop cheese spread by tablespoons on top of ground beef. Top with tater tots. Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Notes: The kids absolutely love this.
