These large burgers are guaranteed to be messy but well worth it being stuffed with Gouda and mushrooms. Grill this recipe today.
In a large mixing bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and mix just enough to distribute seasonings. Shape into 8 patties.
On 4 of the patties, place 1/4 of the cheeses and 1/4 of the mushrooms. Place remaining 4 patties on top of each and seal well around edges.
Prepare grill to medium high heat and grill burgers a total of 12 minutes, turning once during cooking time.
Top each burger with remaining ingredients.
