
Beef flank steak or short ribs are marinated in a soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and green onion marinade (with optional wine) before grilling.
Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight in a deep bowl or zipper-lock plastic bag, turning occasionally.
Grill over medium-hot coals to desired doneness.
Notes:
Any wine will do, but I recommend Chinese white wine.
