
Ground beef sauteed with mushrooms, seasoned with spices, tossed with yogurt and served over noodles. Easy to make with lots of flavor.
In a large skillet cook meat, mushrooms, onions, and garlic till meat is no longer pink and onion is tender. Drain off fat. In a mixing bowl stir together beef gravy, yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, thyme or sage, and pepper. Stir into meat mixture. Heat through. Serve meat mixture over rice or noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
