Crock Pot Rump Roast

Golden mushroom soup makes this slow cooker beef roast recipe easy to put together and makes a delicious gravy.

  • Servings: 8

Ingredients:

1 3/½ – 4 lb Rump Roast
2 bags Shop Rite Vegetables, for stew
1 jar Button Mushrooms
2 cans Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup

Directions:

Cut off excess fat, & use some of the fat or butter in large skillet to brown roast all around. Thaw frozen vegetables, place in bottom of crock pot. Place roast on layer of vegetables, place the rest around roast. Add mushrooms. Spoon the golden mushroom soup over & around the roast. Cook on high 4hrs then on low. Approximately 6 hours.

Helpful Tips:

Best tasting gravy and very easy.
