Beef short ribs cook in the crock-pot along with canned beans, bar-be-cue sauce, chopped apple, and dried cranberries.
Put all ingredients in crock-pot and cook on low heat setting about 8 hours.
Notes:
These are fast, easy and delicious. Serve with a simple green or potato salad or shred meat and pile onto crusty rolls with beans on the side. Assemble before leaving the house in the morning and come home to dinner.
