Dee's Island Burger

Plenty of exciting tastes explode in your mouth with this flavor packed burger. Fresh garlic, basil, parsley, habanero powder and molasses are just a few of the flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound fresh ground sirloin
- 1 cup finely chopped baby bella mushrooms
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cuban pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground habanero pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh purple basil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoon molasses
- 2 teaspoons Vidalia onion mustard
- 2 eggs
- 1 Vidalia onion, chopped
- 8 freshly baked large focaccia rolls
- 8 colby jack cheese slices

Method
Mix all ingredients, except rolls and cheese slices, in a large mixing bowl. Mix together firmly by hand, until blended, then form into palm sized patties. Cook on a medium flame grill until desired taste. Bring patties to cooler side of grill, add cheese, then cover 20 seconds. Serve on rolls with preferred condiments.
