Diablos BBQ Glaze

This Glaze-for-a-Crowd contains 10 pounds of tomato paste, 2 cups of garlic cloves, 2 cups of bourbon and 4 bottles of beer.
Ingredients
- 1 10-lb. can tomato paste
- 4 onions, quartered
- 2 cups garlic cloves
- 1 lb brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 2 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 cups bourbon
- 2 oz grated fresh ginger
- 3 jalapenos
- 1 lb bacon
- 4 12-oz bottles (Budweiser) beer

Method
Char the onions, bacon and garlic on a barbeque. Add to other ingredients in a very large kettle; bring to a boil. Cover; place in oven at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Remove, cool and puree in batches in blender. Place in cooler at least 24 hours, and then use as desired.
