Ground chuck is combined with onion, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, & parmesan cheese. It's formed into 12 patties and cooked in butter with more Worcestershire.
Mix together the first 8 ingredients; shape into 12 patties. In a large skillet melt butter or margarine over medium heat and add the 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce. Fry patties 3 or 4 at a time, about 10 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once. Serve in rolls.
