
These garlic-seasoned beef patties are baked in a ketchup-based sauce. Serve with a side of mashed potatoes.
Mix ground meat with garlic salt, peppercorn medley and onion salt; shape into hamburger patties. Dip patties in flour to coat both sides then place in a large skillet. Fry only 2 to 3 minutes on each side until light brown. Combine ketchup and water. Place patties in a 2-quart baking dish and pour ketchup mixture over. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
Notes:
Very good side dish with this is mashed potatoes & take the sauce from burgers & put on top of potatoes--very tasty.
