
This ground beef and tortilla casserole gets its Mexican flavor from enchilada sauce and green chilies. Cream of chicken and mushroom soups and two cheeses gives this enchilada recipe a rich sauciness.
Brown beef and onions; drain. Add enchilada sauce, chicken soup, mushroom soup, and green chilies. Heat through. Mix together the cheeses. Arrange 6 tortillas in the bottom of a 3 quart casserole; add half of the meat mixture and half of the cheese mixture. Repeat. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
