
A beefy sauce with cream of mushroom soup and chilies is poured over flour tortillas spread with refried beans and rolled in this Mexican casserole.
Preheat oven to 375. On the stove combine cooked beef with mushroom soup, milk, onions, green chilies, Enchilada sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes on low to medium heat. While that is simmering, take a tortilla shell and spread refried beans thinly over the whole shell. Next sprinkle cheese over it and then roll it up and put it in a lightly greased (pan) rectangular pan. Pour the simmering liquid on top and then sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
