  • Onion salt
  • Garlic salt
  • Seasoned salt
  • Pepper
  • Accent seasoning
  • Meat tenderizer
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Onion flakes

Method

Pierce meat. Rub on a mixture of all ingredients except tenderizer, Worcestershire sauce and onion flakes. Pierce again. Rub on tenderizer, Worcestershire sauce, and onion flakes. Roast meat, uncovered, at 200 degrees for 3 hours. The amount of each ingredient depends on the size of the beef roast.
