Method
Crush crackers in a small ziplock baggie. Combine ground chuck, chili and garlic sauce and egg in a bowl. Before mixing, add a small amount of cracker crumbs, mix with your hands adding more crumbs until the mixture holds together well. Form the mixture into 4 even patties, it is possible to make 2 large burgers out of this mix rather than 4 it depends on your preference. Place a frying pan on medium high heat and spray the surface with non-stick spray. Cook burgers until juices run clear, cooking time can vary depending on burger thickness and desired doneness. For well done it takes about 6 minutes for the first side and 4 for the second but oven times may vary so be safe and cook until juices run clear. Coat the insides of the Kaiser roll with the horseradish sauce. Place 1 slice of extra sharp white cheddar onto the burger before removing from pan. Cover with a lid from a smaller pan add a drop or two of water under the lid to help the cheese melt. Place burger on bun, finish with sliced tomato, lettuce, and red onion slices.
