Gameday Chili

Ingredients:
| 1 | Large Onion, diced |
| 2 cloves | Garlic, mashed |
| 2 | Large Can Whole Tomatoes With Juice |
| 1 can | Stewed Tomatoes With Juice |
| 2 lb | Ground Sirloin |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
| 1 tsp | Cracked Black Pepper |
| 1-2 Tbsp | Minced Jalapenos |
| 1 Tbsp | Cumin |
| 2 tsp | Chili Powder |
| ½ tsp | Paprika |
| 2 tsp | Tomato Paste |
| 2 tsp | Canola Oil |
| 1 can | Dark Kidney Beans, rinsed |
| 1 can pto | Beans, rinsed |
| 1 can | Black Beans, rinsed |
| Sour Cream | |
| Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese | |
| Tortilla Chips |
Directions:
Heat canola oil in a Dutch oven, add onions and garlic, then saute for 3 minutes until soft. Add ground sirloin and break up, stirring until meat is no longer pink. Add all spices, tomato paste and jalapenos, then stir. Add tomatoes and beans, then bring to a boil. Simmer 40 minutes. Serve topped with sour cream, shredded Cheddar Jack cheese and tortilla chips to dip.
