Method

Boil the tortellini in hot water until you can feel the softness of the pasta, and then leave it aside. Dice the onion into small pieces, wash the basil and take only the leaves out of the stems. Wash 5-8 sweet red grapes and take out the seeds, cut them in half. Clean the filet mignon and cut it up into 1/2 inch cubes, keep it cold in the refrigerator. Put 1 tablespoon of canola oil in a sauce pan, add the diced onion to the oil and saute it for a minute. Add the chicken broth, the sliced red grapes, sangria, salt, sugar and pepper. Mix well until the sauce feels a little thicker, then add the cold milk. Add the filet mignon and saute it until it's cooked the way you want it. Add the boiled tortellini to the same sauce pan and mix well. Use a different small sauce pan and roast the raw sunflower seeds until they are a little golden or brownish color. Clean the tomatoes and dice them into small cubes. Use the tomatoes and the roasted sunflower seeds as a garnish.
