Ingredients:
| 18 | Bamboo Skewers, 6"es long |
| 1× 18 oz pkg | Frozen Fully Cooked Beef Meatballs, defrosted |
| 1 | Red Bell Pepper, cut into ¼" pieces |
| 1 | Green Bell Pepper, cut into ¼" pieces |
| ½ tsp | Greek Seasoning or Oregano |
| 1 cup | Plain Greek Style Yogurt |
| ½ tsp | Grated Lemon Rind |
| ½ cup | Diced Cucumber |
| 1 | Large Clove Garlic, minced |
| ¼ tsp | Salt |
| ⅛ tsp | Pepper |
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 10 minutes and drain. Alternately thread meatballs and bell pepper pieces onto skewers. Place kabobs in single layer in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle skewers evenly with Greek seasoning or oregano. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Serve the sauce with the meatball skewers.
