Grilled Sirloin Soup

Sirloin steaks are grilled, cubed and simmered in beef broth on the range top along with potatoes, carrots, corn, grill seasoning, garlic, and onion powder.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Beef Sirloin Steaks
  • 5-6 Medium Potatoes Peeled and Cubed
  • 1 cup of thinly sliced Carrots
  • 2 Large Cans of Beef Stock or broth
  • 1 cup of Whole Kernel Corn
  • 2-4 Tbsp. Grill-Mates Seasoning, depending on taste
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 small clove of minced Garlic
  • Optional: 1 can of Mixed Vegetables

Method

Grill the sirloin to Medium-Rare Doneness. Cut into bite-size pieces. In a large Stock pot Over medium heat combine Grilled Sirloin, Beef Stock, Potatoes, carrots, corn, mixed Vegetables and Grill Seasoning. Bring to a rapid boil; reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until vegetable are tender.

 

Notes: This Recipe I came up with all on my own and Everyone LOVES IT!!
