Grilled Beef Stew


Cubes of beef stew meat, chunks of potatoes, and baby carrots are wrapped in foil and placed on the grill.



Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs cubed beef chuck stew meat
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 lb baby carrots

Method

Place all ingredients into center of a long piece of heavy foil. Roll sides up together and roll up ends. Adjust coals to either side of grill and place meal in center of grill. Grill for two hours, covered, with indirect heat. Carefully remove from grill and place in large bowl to serve.
