Ground Beef-Stuffed Bread

This recipe fills dinner rolls with a saucy beef mixture based on gumbo soup and seasoned with mustard, soy sauce, chili sauce, and ketchup.
Ingredients
- 3 peppers chopped
- 3 onions chopped
- 3 pounds of ground beef
- salt, pepper & garlic
- 2 cups of chopped celery
- 2 cans of Campbell Chicken Gumbo Soup 4 tbsp dry mustard
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 2 tbsp red ketchup
- 4 dz dinner rolls
- 1 lb shredded cheese of your choice

Method
In a big pot cook peppers, onion, beef, salt, pepper, and garlic in olive oil. Drain off fat. Add celery, soup, mustard, soy sauce, chili sauce, and ketchup. Simmer until nice and thick-about 2 to 3 hours. Split salad rolls, fill with ground beef mixture. Cover with shredded cheese. Cook in oven at 350 F for 15 to 20 min. until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
