Hamburger and Macaroni Soup

This hearty soup is tasty and fulfilling. All of the flavors come together for a delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup of macaroni or pasta small shells
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 small carrot, chopped
- 1 can of whole mushroom, chopped, reserve the juice
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of V-8 juice
- 1 can of tomato soup
- 3 tbsp of cheese whiz
- 1/2 tsp of basil
- 1/2 stp of tyme
- 1/2 stp of oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Brown the ground beef and strain the fat. Add 6 cups of water to a large soup pot. Add all of the ingredients, except for cheese whiz and macaroni, reserve the mushroom juice. Bring the soup to a boil and then boil lightly on med and until vegetables are done. Add macaroni and cook until done. Finally, add the cheese whiz and stir until melted.
