
Spiraled pieces of seasoned ground beef, filled with cheese, cilantro & green onion, are placed in a pan and grilled.
In a bowl, mix beef, seasoning packets, bread crumbs, and black pepper.
Pat or roll mixture out into a large thin rectangle, about 8 1/2x11" or bigger. Place strips of smoked cheddar in single layer over meat. Next sprinkle chopped cilantro, and then sprinkle chopped green onions to cover meat. Next sprinkle shredded Parmesan, Romano and asiago cheese blend.
Once all of ingredients have been sprinkled, begin to roll meat in a nice log, being careful not to tear meat, press meat together as you roll. You may to use a spatula to assist with lifting meat. Once meat is rolled, cut log into 2-inch cuts and place in a pan. Prepare your grill for grilling your burgers. Let burgers grill until done to your cooking specifications. Serve on (fresh baked) hamburger buns.
