Loose meat sandwiches with a mix of ground beef and sausage, smothered in cheese--a quick, delicious sandwich.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb smoked sausage
  • 1 lb pastuerized American cheese
  • 8 hoagie buns

Method

Brown meats in skillet and drian. Cut Velveeta in chunks and add to meat, stir until melted. Spoon mixture into buns and wrap in aluminum foil. Warm in a 300 degree F oven for 5 minutes.
