Hearty Soup over Rice

Ground beef, Italian seasonings and veggies make this soup hearty and perfect for a chilly fall evening.
Ingredients
- 2 cans of garlic and herb tomato sauce
- 1 small can of seasoned tomatoes
- 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables (green beans, corn, lima beans, peas)
- 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
- 2 packs of Sazon Goya Corlander and Annatto
- 1 tbsp of garlic powder
- 1 tbsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp of hot sauce
- A pinch of sugar
- Rice

Method
In a big pot, brown ground beef and add the pack of mixed vegetables. Add the tomato sauce and fill up one of the cans with water and add it. Add the tomatoes and the rest of the seasonings. Stir for a couple of minutes and then cover leaving the top slightly off, allowing steam to escape. Cook for about 10 to 20 minutes on medium, stirring occasionally and serve over rice.
