Ground beef is combined with fajita seasoning mix, seasoned salt, onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce, then formed into burgers and grilled.
 

Ingredients

  • 8 oz beef fajita seasoning mix
  • 8 oz season-all seasoning salt
  • 5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 5 oz Worcestershire sauce
  • 20 small hamburger buns

Method

Mix beef fajita seasoning and season-all in a bowl with a fork or wire whisk until it becomes a uniform color. Place beef in a large bowl and add about HALF of the seasoning mix, onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce. Mix together, using a kneading motion, until meat has a uniform appearance. Add and mix in the remaining ingredients in the same manner. Form into patties. Grill over medium-high heat. The patties will "draw up" (or shrink) quite a bit, but do not press them. Smaller hamburger buns work best.

 

Notes: These freeze really well. You can package approximately 12 to a gallon-size zip-top bag.
