These hamburgers are made with Vindaloo paste, a traditional Indian seasoning.
Combine all ingredients and form four even hamburger patties. Heat grill or grill pan and place patties on it when heated. If cooking on a grill pan reduce heat to medium. Cook on each side approximately 5-6 minutes. After cooking patties on the second side for two minutes place a slice of American or cheddar cheese on each pattie. Cheese should melt in 3 to 4 minutes.
Meanwhile, toast hamburger buns and wash lettuce and tomatoes. Once patties are cooked, place on buns with lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup.
