This classic sandwich is prepared perfectly. Make sure to dip the bun in the left over juices of the cooked meat before digging in.

Ingredients
  • Medium rump roast
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 small jar of mild banana pepper rings
  • 1 small jar of minced garlic
  • 1 large jar of medium flavored salsa
  • 1 jar of hot sauce
  • Seasoning salt
  • Greek seasoning
  • 1 large can of beef broth
  • Hoagie buns
  • Dill slices
 
Method

Wash roast off. Put in crock-pot. Add all other ingredients, except for hoagies and pickles. Cook at 300 degrees, until it falls apart. Serve on a long hoagie bun with a dill slice.
