Jenn's Best Meatloaf

Red and green bell pepper add texture and flavor to tradtional meatloaf.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 whole onion, peeled and diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, finely diced
- 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
In big mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix with hands. After ingredients are mixed, place into a large baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees for at least 40 minutes. Spread a little ketchup on top of meatloaf during last ten minutes of cooking so ketchup will brown on top.
Notes: This meatloaf is so delicious.
