Les Empanadas

These taco meat turnovers are easy to make and are perfect as party appetizer.

Ingredients:

• 1 - lb. hamburger (Superlean)        
• 1 - sm. container of sour cream      
• 1 - sm. can chopped olives (drained)
• 1 - pkg. taco seasoning              
• 1 - pkg. (2 cups shredded cheese)      
• 1 - pkg. biscuits

Method

Brown hamburger, drain. Transfer to bowl. Add sour cream, cheese, olives, taco seasoning, & cheese. Flatten biscuit, add tablespoon full of filling, fold biscuit over and close, sealing with fork in half moon shape Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
