|1 lb||Ground Extra Lean Ground Chuck|
|1 lb||Ground Turkey or Chicken|
|1 lb||Bulk Turkey Sausage|
|1 tsp||Garlic Powder|
|1 tsp||Onion Powder|
|6 drops||Liquid Smoke|
|Salt & Pepper, to taste|
|1||Large Portabella Mushroom, chopped|
|1 cup||Shredded Cheddar Cheese|
|1 cup||Shredded Jack Cheese|
|2||Green Onions, sliced thin (include some of the green tops|
Mix first 7 ingredients together. Make into 12 or 16 thin patties, about 4" to 6" in diameter. Combine stuffing ingredients. Place about 2 Tbsp stuffing in the center of one patty and spread it around a little. Place a second patty on top of the first; seal it all the way around. You may need to reshape it a bit. Grill or broil to desired doneness.
Serve this with a tossed green salad topped with croutons.
