Little Man Loafs

Miniature meat loafs, with a sweet and tangy barbecue sauce.

Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/2 cups ketchup
• 1 egg
• Half packet saltine crackers
• 1/4 cup sweet BBQ sauce

Method

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large mixing bowl add ground beef, egg and ketchup. Mix together with your hands. Add saltine crackers. Combine the meat mixture and crackers until completely mixed together. With hands mix in BBQ sauce. When completely mixed, divide up the meat mixture. Add 1/2 cup meat mixture to each mini loaf pan. Bake 25-35 minutes or until done. Let cool 5 minutes.
