Low fat gravy helps bring the calorie count down on this tasty southern steak dish.  Plenty of mushrooms and onions add a great flavor.

2 jars Fat Free Beef Gravy
1-2 lbs Cubed Steak
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Garlic Powder, to taste
½ cup Flour, for dusting
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Box/can Beef Stock
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Large Onion, sliced thin
½ lb Crimini Mushrooms, sliced


Season cubed steaks with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Eat oil in skillet. Dredge cubed steak in flour and fry in oil until well browned. Pour first jar of fat free beef gravy in baking dish and place cubed steak on top of gravy. Place onions and mushrooms on top of steaks and pour last can of fat free beef gravy over vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with fresh mashed potatoes and green beans.
